1. Check the air filter.

Drain the fuel tank and
carburetor|(p. 42).
Refuel with fresh gasoline
(p. 26).
Replace or repair faulty
components as neces-
sary.
2. Check the fuel. Bad fuel: tiller stored with-
out treating or draining
gasoline, or refueled with
bad gasoline.
Fuel filter restricted,
carburetor malfunction,
ignition malfunction, valves
struck, ete.
3. Take the tiller to an
authorized Honda ser-
vicing dealer, or refer
to the shop manuai.
