Problem

Cause
The supply of abrasive material to the blast
wheel blades is not sufficient.
The type of abrasive material is incorrect for
the surface.
The abrasive material has contamination.
The blast wheel blades or the control cage is
worn or damaged.
Too much abrasive material hits the surface
at the start of the operation.
The control cage is not installed correctly.
The operation speed of the product is too
high.
The seals are damaged.
The quality of abrasive material is not satis-
factory.
The blast wheel blades are worn or dam-
aged.
The suction power of the dust collector is not
sufficient.
The dust collector hose is blocked or dam-
aged.
The type of abrasive material is incorrect.
The control cage is not installed correctly.
The suction power of the dust collector is not
sufficient.
The operation speed is too low.
The control unit is damaged.
The potentiometer is damaged.
The fuse is damaged.
There is a short circuit in the drive motor.

Solution
Clean the separator tray and fill the separator
with abrasive material.
Do a check of the valve for the abrasive ma-
terial and make sure that there is no block-
age.
Replace the abrasive material with correct
abrasive material for the surface.
Do a check of the dust collector and dust
collector hose.
Replace the blast wheel blades or the control
cage.
Close the valve for the abrasive material and
stop the product. Start the operation again
and slowly open the valve for the abrasive
material.
Adjust the control cage to set a better blast
pattern.
Decrease the operation speed.
Do a check of all the seals and replace if it is
necessary.
Speak to your dealer for more information.
Replace the blast wheel blades.
Do a check of the dust collector hose and the
dust collector.
Do a check of the dust collector hose. Make
sure that there is no blockage. Replace the
dust collector hose if it is necessary.
