Maintenance and Storing

Calibrate the micrometre as described above either according to need or according
to the standards specified by the administration for measuring instruments at your
company.
Do not use aggressive chemicals, solvents or abrasives to clean the micrometre.
The micrometre is designed to withstand water jets, but do not submerge it in
liquids of any kind.
Store the micrometre in the included case in a place away from direct sunlight,
dust, humidity, extreme temperatures and vibrations and out of the reach of
children.
