Page 4 Place Base (C) on a padded non-marring surface. Align threaded end of the Stem (B) onto the pre - threaded hole on Base (C) as illustrated. Rotate Stem (B) in clockwise direction until fully tightened. Assembled View Align Top (A) onto the pre-threaded hole on Stem (B) as illustrated. Rotate Top (A) in clockwise direction until fully tightened.
