IMPORTANT
• The varioPRINT 6000 TITAN Series machines were created to be modular in
design. Floor space, budget, monthly print volume, and applications determine
which configuration works best.
• The varioPRINT VP6000 Standard TITAN's large configuration includes the Main
Unit (print engine), IIM, High Capacity Stacker 2.1 (x3), PIM-B1 (x3).
• The varioPRINT 6000 TP or MICR TITAN Series' large configuration includes the
Main Unit (print engine), IIM, High Capacity Stacker 2.1 (x3), PIM-B1 (x3) or
optional PIM Flex-A1 (x3), and PrintGuard IV Units (x2).
• If the HCS 2.1 with Set Finisher is installed on the machine, the height of the
machine increases to 75.2" (1,910 mm).
• The TECNAU SheetFeeder VP 6000 is not shown in the configuration diagrams
above. If the TECNAU SheetFeeder VP 6000 is attached to the machine, only a
maximum of two (2) PIMs can be attached.
• Only one online finishing device can be connected to the DFD-2 interface.
• Make sure that approximately 67" (1,702 mm) of space is provided around the
front, and approximately 19.7" (500 mm) of space is provided around the left and
right sides, and approximately 23.6" (600 mm) at the back of the machine for the
proper servicing of the equipment.
• The floor must be level (with no bows) for the stabilization and support of the
machine.
• The machine should not be moved once it is in place.

(391 kg/m
building contractor before installing the machine.
The weight of the machine is distributed on the floor through the adjusters and
wheels. Do not install the machine on an unstable floor or platform.

3.6 Network Connectivity

A standard 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet interface (RJ-45 jack) for device
installation, monitoring, ships standard with all configurations.
A USB 2.0 High-Speed interface port ships standard with all configurations via the
operating panel for direct connection to centralized environments that want to drive
all jobs through a single host PC.
