Floor Structure Requirements - Canon varioPRINT 120 Customer Expectation Document

IMPORTANT
• There is approximately 1/5" (5 mm) of space between each accessory attached.
• Keep the back of the machine at least 18" (457.2 mm) away from a wall (only if
the main engine, optional ePIM-C1, and either the Finisher-AK1 or Saddle
Finisher-AK2 are attached). For all other configurations, keep the back of the
machine at least 31" (787.4 mm) away from a wall.
• Make sure that approximately 55" (1,397 mm) of space is provided around the
front, approximately 39.4" (1,000 mm) of space is provided around the left side,
and approximately 23.6" (600 mm) of space is provided around the right side of
the machine for the proper servicing of the equipment.
• If the MAX Ring Binder is attached to the machine, and there is Canon Finishing
equipment attached after the Ring Binder, make sure that there is approximately
105" (2,667 mm) of space added to the left side of the machine. This space can
be reduced to 19.7" (500 mm) if the pedestal ramps are placed in the front or
back of the machine.
• If the MAX Ring Binder's pedestal ramps are required, and are attached to the
front or the back of the machine, make sure to add approximately 51" (1,295 mm)
of space to the front or back of the machine.
• The SDD BLM300C Professional Booklet Maker requires the High Capacity
Stacker-G1 and the DFD 1,002 mm Kit, has several options that enhance the
booklet maker's finishing system, such as a 2-knife trimmer and square fold
device, and the BLM300C finishing system must be the final in-line accessory
attached to the machine.
• The MAX Ring Binder and SDD BLM300C cannot be installed together.
• The MAX Ring Binder requires the DFD Output Height 860 mm Kit.
• The floor must be level (with no bows) for the stabilization and support of the
machine.
• The machine should not be moved once it is in place.

3.4 Floor Structure Requirements

The floor on which this machine is installed must have strength of at least
