Displaying Fr and Cl Simultaneously

High Q Mode
Select the high Q mode when you need to measure characteristics of a
crystal resonator with a high Q value.
Procedure
1. Sequentially press ffbi^Y! and (Freq fxtij]. Then, use (fr=>! or (<=41 to
display HI Q:0FF.
2* Press HI Q:0FF to toggle it ON for the high Q mode.
Note *4 Measurement speed is the highest with Short and becomes lower in
descending order as follows: Short ► Medium ► Long ► High Q short ►
High Q Medium > High Q Long
Delta Mode
The HP E4915A/E4916A can display the difference between the
measured and nominal values.
Specifying Reference Cl
1. Sequentially press f(blue) 1 and [Freq (xti)l. Then, use or (<=#) to
display ACI :nn .
2- Press ACI :nn to display the following:
ACI: Off DEV '/,
3. Select Off when you do not wish to display the difference (A)
between the measured and reference Cl values. Select DEV to
display the difference or '/, to display the measured value in
percentage of the reference value.
4. Next, specify the reference value that is used to display the A
value. Tb do this, press HefZrn.nnnnff to display the following:
EefZ: Nominal User
5. Select Nominal when you wish to use the specified nominal Cl
(value specified with Cl tnn.nnnfl ; See "Specifying Target Signal
Level and Using ALC Function (HP E4916A Only)" for details.).
Select User when you wish to specify a value other than this
nominal Cl as the reference value.
6. When you select Nominal, the nominal Cl is automatically specified
as the reference value for the A mode. When you select User,
