If softener is not supplied automatically
Have you turned on the automatic softener feature?
Is the detergent/softener box installed in the
washing machine?
Is the wiring and hose connection to the detergent/
softener pump correct?
Does the detergent/softener pump work
correctly?
Is the detergent/softener box installed

Are the inlet (check valve) and vent of the
detergent/softener box clogged?
If the tub (drum) does not turn after water supply is completed
When in "Data View" mode during operation, is
the (DATA_N_3 * 100 + DATA_N_4) value 24.80
kHz or higher?
e.g., DATA_N_3 = 24, DATA_N_4 = 91
Water level frequency of 24.91 kHz
Does the drum turn to the right when you press
the [Start] button in Check program mode (p13)?

Is the connector disconnected, or does it have a
contact fault?
Gray 3-pin (1) of PCB Assembly (Main)
Is the resistance between the blue 3-pin terminals of the
MOTOR STATOR as follows? ☞ Make sure the power
plug is disconnected when you measure the resistance.
Resistance between terminals: 1–2/2–3/3–1 : 5–15Ω
Motor terminal:
Is the LEAD WIRE open, or is the connector
disconnected?
Does it have a contact fault?
Replace PWB (MAIN).
