ERROR CODES

Error codes indicate that a fault has occurred in the equipment. Errors are indicated by the text "Err"
followed by the error code number shown in the display.

Error code descriptions

Error codes that the user can handle are listed below. If any other error code appears, contact an
authorized ESAB service technician.

205 Mains power

Err 002 There is a fault in torch,
or the 8-pin connector.
Err 205 The product has
detected that the
incoming mains power is
outside of the product
specifications.
Err 205 The product has

Err 206 The unit has overheated
and shut down to allow
the fan to cool it down.
Welding can resume
once the unit has cooled.
