    STANDARD - INNER FRAME ASSEMBLY Wear gloves first, clean up and put the PEP foam on the floor. Lay out all innerframe in order on PEP foam to ensure you have all the required pieces. NOTE: Look for the SI logo or a hole for the LED kit lighting (if ordered), that should be the bottom horizontal frame.
  • Page 6 STANDARD - INNER FRAME ASSEMBLY Make sure to patiently adjust the inner frame corner in 90 degree and now secure the screws. It is a critical step to square the frame. Refer to the illustration below. Measure the diagonals to check if the frame is square. If one diagonal is longer, push on the corners at that diagonal. Tighten all set screws once the diagonals are equal or within 1/8’’.

    SPLIT - INNER FRAME ASSEMBLY Wear gloves first, clean up and put the Prep Paper on the floor. Make sure to remove the Vertical support bar and keep it aside safely. Lay out all innerframe in order on Prep Paper to ensure you have all the required pieces.

  • Page 9 SPLIT - INNER FRAME ASSEMBLY Attach the Vertical support bar, by using the link plates on both sides of vertical support bar and fasten them with the screws to secure it in place. Note: Our Mounting plate can be adjusted to the left or right when mounting the vertical support bar to accomodate a center channel behind the screen when using acoustically transparent material.

    LED LIGHTS ATTACHMENT If IP (Zigbee)-controlled LED lights are ordered, Phillips Hue Hub must be purchased and set up separately. Scan the OR code to see the instructions for setup. Connect the LED Controller to the nuts in the frame piece with the screws included. LED Controller hole for feeding wire Feed the wires through the hole.
  • Page 11 LED LIGHTS ATTACHMENT Note: Use caution in the next steps; do not kink or fold the light strip, which will cause damage in the circuit. Use the foam strips provided to losely wrap LEDs around the corners. Press the lights into the channel on the frame. LED foam must be used when rounding the corners to protect the circuit.

  • Page 14 MAESTRO 2 – AT MATERIAL (WITH BLACK BACKER) – ATTACHMENT Note: Wear gloves when handling the material. Carefully unroll the screen material onto a clean floor. Take care to not bend or crease the screen material. Unroll the Meastro 2 screen material on the Prep Paper (Refer to instructions on page 12). Flatten any creases and then lay the Black Backer material well aligned over the Maestro 2 material.

    MAESTRO 2 – AT MATERIAL (WITH BLACK BACKER) – ATTACHMENT Make sure the screen material is centered around the frame before proceeding. If its not centred it could pull on one side damaging the material. Pull the holes in the material and place around the post. Repeat for all four corners and refer to the attachment sequence image on page 12.
  • Page 16: Trim Attachment (Zero Edge And Fixed Frame Trim)

    TRIM ATTACHMENT Attach the vertical trim first onto the screen as shown below. Note: Trim for Fixed screen will be 2” thick, v/s the Zero Edge will be 0.5”.
  • Page 17 TRIM ATTACHMENT Set the horizontal trim with corner brackets; square the corners and tighten corner brackets Fasten the screw to the frame channel. Align the holes in the channel and install screws. Split Frame Only: Connect the horizontals at the middle by installing quantity 4 1/4–20 x 1/4’’ screws trough the trim into the splice bar.

    WALL MOUNTING Install brackets into the wall structure, at least 6” from the edge of the screen and up to 1/3 the width of the screen.     FLOWN MOUNTING Install brackets into wall structure at least 6” from the edge of the screen, up to 1/3 the width of the screen. Screw in through the flown brackets provided, as shown in the image below. Note: Make sure to drill the holes into a beam that can support the weight of the screen. Note: If pulled too far, the screen can be lowered by pushing down on the top of the flying mount.
