Rebooting your smartphone
If apps or other functions are not working properly or the screen of your smartphone is no longer
reacting, reboot your smartphone.
Hold down the on/off button for at least 10 seconds . . . Your smartphone will reboot
Resetting your smart phone to default settings
If you cannot rectify the issue any other way, you can reset your smartphone to the default
settings. You will then have to set up your smartphone again from scratch.
When resetting to default settings, the internal storage and all your personal data will
be deleted. Downloaded apps, music, photos etc. will be removed and your Google
account login will be cancelled.
