TIMER STANDBY switch (TIMER)
To set the unit to record or playback at a predetermined
time
OFF
: Set to OFF when the timer is used for the tuner
or when the timer is not used for the cassette
deck (when the timer does not start the cassette
deck).
PLAY
: Set to PLAY for playback.
REC
: Set to REC for recording.
CCRS (Computer CD Recording System) key
and indicator (B deck only)
Used to record the compact disc sound with optimum
recording level.
NORMAL DUBBING indicator
HIGH SPEED DUBBING indicator (HIGH)
PAUSE indicator
DIRECTION switch
NORMAL mode (==):
Set to this position, to record or
play back on one side of the tape. The tape stops when
one side ends.
REVERSE mode (=>):
Set to this position, to record or
play back on both sides.
ENDLESS mode (C>): Set to this position, to play both
sides repeatedly.

indicator and high speed dubbing can be done from A to
B deck.

Used to adjust the amount of bias appropriately for tape.
