TO RECORD CD SOUND DIRECTLY TO TAPE (Disc-to-tape Direct
Recording): CCRS (Computer CD Recording System)
With this function, when used with the CD player (DP-770D), the CD sound can be recorded
onto tape with optimum recording level.
Load a disc on the CD player and a recordable cassette on the B deck, then press the CCRS
key. (Operation will be performed as in the table below.)
Press the CCRS key on the cassette deck.

The CD player enters search mode to determine the optimum output le-

vel while the cassette deck starts Auto Bias operation. At this time, the

CCRS and AUTO BIAS indicators blink on the cassette deck. (CCRS set-

ting operation requires approx. 50 seconds for completion.)
After CCRS and Auto Bias settings are completed, the CCRS and AUTO
PETES
BIAS indicator light, and the B deck starts recording from the CD player

After CCRS recording is finished:
With the CCRS and AUTO BIAS indicator lit or the cassette deck, when
the disc tray of the CD player is opened, the CCRS indicator will go off
and the optimum output level which is set by the loaded disc will be
cleared.
Load a disc to be recorded next on the CD player then press the CCRS
key on the cassette deck. Only the CD player will enter the search mode.
After CCRS setting is completed, recording will start automatically.
