Displays and settings of the online portal

Please note: All screenshots showing the display and text on the following
pages are from the approved software version. Since a software update may
be implemented over the course of the year, it is possible that the display
and/or text of the interface may change.
The following description of the online portal applies to Kiox and Nyon.

Online registration

Internet access is required for online registration.
– Use your browser to open the eBike Connect online portal at
www.ebike‑connect.com.
– Read and accept the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
– Follow the instructions and complete the registration.
Once you have registered, you can log in with your e‑mail address and pass-
word from this point on. Alternatively, you can also log in via Facebook lo-
gin. An existing Facebook profile is required for Facebook login. The login
data of the online portal matches the login data of the eBike Connect app.

You can plan new routes via this menu item.
Under this menu item, you can view the trips you
have made.
Under this menu item, you can manage your eBike
components and create user-defined views.
Under this menu item you will find the FAQ, contact
details and other information.
You can manage your profile via this menu item.
