Programming the quickshifter

If the shifting performance of the quickshifter starts to decrease, it must be reprogrammed.

Checking/correcting the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch

Warning
Skin irritation Brake fluid causes skin irritation.
Keep brake fluid out of the reach of children.
Wear suitable protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with the skin, the eyes or clothing.
Consult a doctor immediately if brake fluid has been swallowed.
Rinse the affected area with plenty of water in the event of contact with the skin.
Rinse eyes thoroughly with water immediately and consult a doctor if brake fluid comes into contact
with the eyes.
If brake fluid spills on to your clothing, change the clothing.
Carry out start procedure. (
Press and hold the QS button
The QS indicator lamp flashes.
Pull the clutch lever, engage first-gear and press the shift
lever as far down as it will go for at least a second.
Briefly press the QS button
The QS indicator lamp lights up blue, the teaching proce-
dure was successful.

If the quickshifter cannot be activated, the teaching
procedure was unsuccessful and must be repeated.
Adjust the basic position of the clutch lever to your hand size
by turning adjusting screw
Info
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to
decrease the distance between the clutch lever and
the handlebar.
Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase the
distance between the clutch lever and the handlebar.
The range of adjustment is limited.
Only turn the adjusting screw by hand, and do not use
force.
Do not make any adjustments while riding.
