Corrective Action
Turn main disconnect switch to ON position.
Close and lock lid and doors. Adjust door interlock switch.
Pull switch out to release.
Check the fuse indicators: if black replace the fuses. With power
disconnected and locked out at an external breaker or disconnect
switch, test the fuses and check for loose connections.

disconnected and locked out at an external breaker or disconnect
switch, test the fuses and check for loose connections.
Clean lens with a clean, soft cloth.
Perform the Laser Motion Sensor Sensitivity Adjustment
procedure.
Replace the thermocouple. Refer to Thermocouple Replacement
in the Repair section.
Close and lock lid and doors. Adjust door interlock switch.
Test fuses, replace if blown.
NOTE:

Fuses are application specific, some systems do not
require fuses 6 and 7.
Replace heater.
Shut down system. Heater will auto-reset on cool down. Check air
filter to ensure air flow is not reduced by dirty filters.
Remove any obstructions that might impede air flow, replace filter
if dirty.
Test fuse, replace if blown.
Install access panel properly.
Adjust setting (Ramp Mode Power Level Adjustment).
Increase motion timer setting (Motion Timer Setting) or decrease
ramp timer setting (Ramp Timer Setting).
Install access panel properly.
Remove any obstructions that might impede air flow, replace filter
if dirty.
