ACTION MENU

The Gallery features an Action Menu that includes many useful functions

for your saved documents. To access the Action menu, long press on a

captured image, a document or category icon in the Gallery. You will be

directed to a menu listing available actions for your selected file.

In the Action menu, you can:

 Share an image through other Android applications.

 Renumber the first page of a multi-capture document.

 Rename a document or category.

 Delete a document, category, or specific content in a category.

 Move a document to a category.

 Export a document to a JPG, text or PDF file in the Android file system or

an external drive.

 Move an image captured with the distance camera to the Gallery for

Diamond Edge processing.

 Delete, replace or insert pages in a multipage document.

 Run the OCR on a PDF document (useful when parts of a PDF document

are not properly rendered, usually within tables).

Sharing an image through other Android apps

 Long press on the image that you want to share.

 Tap Share.

 Select PDF or JPG format.

 Select the app through which you wish to share your image (example:

Gmail, Maps, Google Drive) and proceed as you normally would with the

chosen app.
