Possible Cause & Solution
The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent compartment did not
decrease.
After putting the detergent into the detergent compartment, it was left
for a long time and the detergent hardened.
• Clean the detergent compartment thoroughly, fill it with liquid detergent,
install it in the drawer, and run a wash cycle. If
continuously, call for service.
