Setting the Timer 1

FUNCTION/REC LEVEL/SELECT
Adjust the clock before setting the timer.
< The unit can be programmed to turn on and off at a specified
time.
< Adjust the clock before setting the timer.
This timer function can be set ON TIME, OFF TIME, SOURCE, REC
DEVICE and VOLUME independently.
ON time
Set the playback or recording start time.
1 Press the button several times to select ON time.
The "ON TIME" appears for a few seconds.
The indicator blinks.
< To cancel the timer setting mode, leave the unit idle for a
minute, or press the STOP button (H).
2 Press the PROGRAM/ENTER button.
The "hour" value blinks.
3 Set the start time (hour) by turning the FUNCTION/REC
LEVEL/SELECT/ knob.
PROGRAM/ENTER
4 Press the PROGRAM/ENTER button.
The "minute" value blinks.
5 Set the start time (minute) by turning the
FUNCTION/REC LEVEL/SELECT knob.
6 Press the PROGRAM/ENTER button.
