Detach the front-face/and/side-face cover of Y-axis, and top-face/and/side-face cover of motor.
To remove the robot cover, follow the procedure below.
Prepare the following required tools.
• Set of hex wrenches
• Phillips-head screwdriver
Turn off the controller.

Place a sign indicating the robot is being adjusted.

Place a sign indicating the robot is being adjusted, to keep others from operating the controller or
operation panel.
Enter the safety enclosure.
