D-4 Memory/Jumpers
• An optional memory DIMM slot is reserved for InfiniBand that can take
unbuffered ECC 128, 256, 512 MB or 1GB of 266/333 MHz DDR
memory. However, the current IB firmware does not support add-on
memory. Please check with Supermicro for the availability of firmware
that supports add-on memory modules.
• JPD1 is IB Performance Control Jumper. There are two settings: SDR
(Single-Data Rate: *Default) and DDR (Double-Data Rate.) Please note
that Supermicro recommends SDR only.

• Currently, the IB driver is supported by the Linux 32-bit and 64-bit
operating systems. There is no Windows OS support at this time.
