    VORWORT 4 VORWORT Sehr geehrter Kunde! Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der Absauganlage ABS 850. Folgend wird übliche Handelsbezeichnung Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung „Maschine“ ersetzt. Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden.

    1. Die Halterung unten auf den Boden legen und die M6x35mm Schrauben an den Verbindungsstücken lösen. 2. Die Seitenhalterung in die Verbindungsstücke stecken und mit den M6x35mm Schrauben befestigen. 3. Das Bodenblech an der Halterung unten befestigen.     Arbeiten sie mit der Holzbearbeitungsmaschine erst, wenn die Absauganlage die volle Drehzahl erreicht hat! 7.2 Anschluss an die Holzbearbeitungsmaschine Absauganschluss ABS 850: Ø 100mm Verwendete Absaugschläuche müssen aus schwer entflammbarem Material bestehen sowie antistatisch sein. Die Distanz zwischen Absauganlage und Holzbearbeitungsmaschine sollte 10 Laufmeter nicht übersteigen.

    Staubpartikel legen. Vor Spänesackwechsel ist die Maschine von der Stromversorgung zu trennen. Wechseln Sie den Spänesack, wenn er 60-70% voll ist. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Spänesäcke, welche den Abmessungen der Maschine entsprechen. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich 100% dichte Spänefangsäcke.     Especially wood dust arising from chemically treated wood and/or lacquer/paint are harmful when inhaled.     13.2 Connection of dust collector to machine Dust collector plug ABS 850: Ø 100mm Ensure dust collector tubes to be composed of hardly inflammable material and antistatic. The total distance between dust collector hood of the ABS 3000/4000/5000 and machine dust collector hood shall not exceed 10 meters.
