Before removing the touchpad, follow these steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly

Remove the bottom cover (see

Remove the touchpad:
1.
Disconnect the card reader cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (1).
2.
Disconnect the touchpad button board cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (2).
3.
Disconnect the NFC module cable from the ZIF connector on the NFC board (3).
4.
Remove the four Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (4) that secure the touchpad to the computer.
5.
Remove the touchpad from the computer (5).
Reverse this procedure to install the touchpad.
