Thank you for purchasing AudioCodes RX-PAD Meeting Room
Controller!
RX-PAD is a center-of-room intelligent touch controller that
provides quick and complete access to AudioCodes meeting
room solutions. It enables capabilities such as one-click
collaboration initiation with an integrated calendar, simple
content sharing and camera adjustments, and much more, all
while retaining a modest footprint on the conference room
table.
The RX-PAD leverages plug-and-play simplicity to provide a
productive and familiar Microsoft Teams meeting experience,
requiring only a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) cable for quick installation.

I need to do a factory reset on a RX-Pad I have tried the pin whole to reset and that did not work. As the Person that set the unit up is no longer here what other things can I do to reset a team's room so i can get the calendar working.
You can factory reset the AudioCodes RX-PAD through the settings menu on the device. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Go to Debugging.
3. Select Erase all data.
If the device is unresponsive, you can use the recovery mode:
1. Press and hold the power button for 2-4 seconds to enter recovery mode (LED turns red).
2. Short-press the power button to navigate the menu and long-press to select an option.
3. Select Restore defaults and confirm.
This will reset the device to factory settings.
