  • Page 19 GAS CONNECTION Pressure regulator installation All heavy duty, commercial type cooking equipment must have a pressure regulator on the incoming service line for safe and efficient operation, since service pressure may fluctuate with local demand. The regulator supplied with this range must be installed before any gas connections are made.

  • Page 21 PRESSURE TESTING Manifold pressure should be checked with a manometer using the following instructions: 1 Remove the injector from the rear left (or rear right) burner and mount the test point adapter (available from the After-Sales service). 2 Turn the burner control knob to the maximum position. TEST POINT ADAPTER 3 Press the knob and keeping it pressed check the manifold pressure with a manometer.
