Transmission

Dry clutch operated by a control lever on left handlebar.
Drive is transmitted from engine to gearbox main shaft
via spur gears.
Gear ratio:
31/62 (748/748S); 32/59 (996).
6-speed gearbox with constant mesh gears, gear change
pedal on left side of motorcycle.
Front/rear sprocket ratio:
14/38 (748/748S); 15/36 (996)
