11.2 Telematics System

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

This is a function to receive a roadside assistance by pressing the i-button during vehicle breakdown, etc., and

connecting to the dedicated operator.

Telematics Customer Care Advisor in charge of roadside assistance will confirm the situation, and provide appropriate

roadside assistance. Also, an audio guidance of "Connecting to SUBARU STARLINK Roadside Assistance." is played

when connecting to an operator.

Following items are the functions during operation.

• It will be canceled by pressing and holding the button.

• Red or green LED indicator flashes during the call.
