F. Install Decorative Front/Hood
WARNING! Risk of Fire! Install ONLY doors or fronts
approved by Hearth & Home Technologies. Unapproved
doors or fronts could cause fi replace to overheat.
This fireplace has been supplied with an integral
barrier to prevent direct contact with the fi xed glass
panel. DO NOT operate the fi replace with the barrier
removed.
Contact your dealer or Hearth & Home Technologies if
the barrier is not present or help is needed to properly
install one.
1. Remove decorative front by lifting up and away from
appliance.
2. Install four shoulder bolts as shown in fi gure 11.5.
3. Hang decorative front onto shoulder bolts.
4. Install hood on appliance by inserting into the two hood
clips. See Figure 11.5.
For manufactured home construction, it is
recommended that the decorative front be installed
on the shoulder bolts prior to transport from
manufacturing site to home site.
