Bad battery celt(s),
Poor cable connections,
Faulty regulator (if so equipped),
Faulty alternator,
Freewheel control in
"DISENGAGED" position.,
Debris on steering plate (if
equipped),,
Motion drive belt worn, damaged,
or broken,
Air trapped in transmission during
shipment or servicing,
Axle key missing,,
Engine throttle control not sel
between half and full speed (fast)
position before stopping engine
Reverse operation system (ROS)
is not "ON" while mower or other
attachment is engaged°

CORRECTION
Replace battery,,
Check!clean all connections,
Replace regulator.
Replace alternator
Place freewheel control in
"ENGAGED" position°
See "CLEANING" in the
maintenance section_
Replace motion drive belt,,
Purge transmission°
Install axle key at rear wheel See
"TO REMOVE WHEEL" in the
Service and Adjustments section_
Move throttle control between
half and full speed (fast) position
before stopping engine,
Turn ignition key to ROS "ON"
position, See Operation section°
