Battery doesn't fully charge in four hours

Problem: The printer has been plugged in for four hours and is not yet charged.
Solution: If you had printed until the battery was completely discharged, and then the printer was unused
for a long time (about four weeks or longer), the battery may take six to eight hours to recondition and fully
charge.

Printer not connecting to mobile device

Problem: The printer does not appear in my Express Labels app.
Solution: The printer will not be visible if five other mobile devices are using it. The printer will become
available automatically when one of the five devices releases the connection.
