Problem
The dishwasher's network sym-
bol
does not appear on the
display.
WiFi connection failed
Pairing failed
The dishwasher is shown as
disconnected in the ConnectLife
app.
Software update failed.
Possible causes
The dishwasher is not connec-
ted to your wireless network.
The WiFi connection is deactiv-
ated.
The dishwasher cannot access
your wireless network. Or the
router is not connected to the
internet.
Your smartphone/tablet is not
connected to your wireless net-
work. Or the router is not con-
nected to the internet.
The WiFi connection is deactiv-
ated
The network connection was
lost or the dishwasher lost
power due to a power failure.
Action
Connect the dishwasher to your
wireless network. See the
chapter ConnectLife.
Activate the WiFi connection.

connection in the chapter Con-
nectLife.
Check that the router is connec-
ted to the internet.
Make sure your wireless net-
work is using 2.4 GHz and is
visible. Try moving the router
closer to the dishwasher if the
signal is too weak.
