Physical Installation The COMM+16.PCI is a universal PCI implementation and can be installed in any 5V or 3.3V slot of the PCI expansion slots. Technical Description The Sealevel Systems COMM+16.PCI provides a PCI interface adapter with 16 RS-232 asynchronous serial ports for industrial automation and control applications. The COMM+16.PCI utilizes the 16C854 UART. This chip features programmable baud rates, data format, interrupt control and industry leading 128-byte transmit and receive FIFOs. - Page 8 Both cables are interchangeable and can be used on either connector.
