Emergency Calls – important information please note Access to Emergency Services is provided but calls including emergency calls to 999 or 112, made via Hosted Voice may not work in the event of power or broadband connection failure. Power over Ethernet With the included or a regular Ethernet cable, the SIP-T42S IP phone can be powered from a PoE-compliant switch or hub. To connect the PoE: Connect the Ethernet cable between the Internet port on the phone and an available port on the in-line power switch/hub.
