Possible Cause

When the machine is
washing or spinning, if
the door is opened
the drum stops
rotating and error E4
appears
•
Child lock is active or
door is open

Other problem

Recommended Action
•
Close the washing
machine door again
and the washing
machine will continue
the washing program
•
Close the door or
turn of child lock
•
Turn off the washing
machine and unplug
the power
•
Call the Service
Center immediately
for repairs
