12.9 DIAGNOSI - TROUBLE SHOOTING
SITUAZIONE
Premendo il tasto ON, il pulsante non
rimane inserito e la macchina non
parte.
La protezione magnetotermica fa aprire
l'interruttore generale.
Il motore gira ma le cinghie di
trascinamento si fermano.
Le cinghie di trascinamento girano ma
la scatola non viene trascinata.
TROUBLE
When pressing the ON button, the
machine does not start.
The magnetothermic protection
opens the main switch.
The motor runs but the side drive
belts stop.
Drive belts turn but do not convey the
box.

CAUSA
Pulsante STOP EMERGENZA premuto.
Corto circuito sull'impianto.
Motore sotto sforzo.
Taratura troppo bassa della termica
nell'interruttore principale.
Tensione cinghie troppo bassa.
Pulegge motrici usurate (Tav. 76 pag. 55)
Cinghie di trascinamento usurate.

Pressatori laterali troppo stretti.
CAUSE
The lockable emergency stop button
is pressed.
Short circuit in the electrical system.
Motor under stress .
Thermal cut-out not at correct
amperage setting.
Belts tension too low.
Worn out drive pulleys (Pict. 76 pag. 55).
Worn out belts
(Fig. 4444; pos. 34/Fig. 4445; pos. 36)
Flap compression rollers are too
close inward.

RIMEDIO
Disinserirlo girando il pomolo in senso
orario.
Controllare
Controllare che le cinghie di
trascinamento non siano bloccate.
Controllare che l'assorbimento di
corrente riportato sulla targhetta dei
motori non sia superiore al valore
impostato sulla termica.
Registrare (Tav. 78; pag. 56)
Controllare lo stato di usura degli anelli
ed eventualmente sostituirli.

Sostituirle (capitolo 13.10)
Riposizionare (Tav. 52; pag. 41)
SOLUTION
Release the emergency stop button by
turning it anticlockwise.
Check the electrical system.
Check that the drive belts are not blocked
Set the correct amperage.
Adjust belt tension (Pict. 78; page 56).
Check the wear of the rings and replace
them when necessary
(Fig. 4444; pos. 32/Fig. 4445; pos. 34)
Replace drive belts (section 13.10)
Reposition (Pict. 52; page 41).
