8-FUNZIONAMENTO - THEORY OF OPERATION
8.1 DESCRIZIONE DEL FUNZIONAMENTO
L'operatore
manualmente le falde della scatola, spinge
la stessa sotto lo scivolo di ingresso (testata)
in modo da evitare la riapertura delle falde
superiori.
Una successiva spinta introduce la scatola
tra le cinghie
(motorizzazioni). La scatola transitando lungo
il piano di lavoro viene automaticamente
sigillata dalle due unità nastranti e viene
successivamente espulsa su una rulliera dalle
cinghie di trascinamento.
8.2 DESCRIZIONE DEI MODI DI MARCIA
La nastratrice Mod. SM26-P lavora solo in
modo automatico:
- pulsante STOP EMERGENZA non ritenuto;
- pulsante marcia inserito ON.
8.3 DESCRIZIONE DEI MODI DI ARRESTO
8.3.1 ARRESTO NORMALE
L'arresto della macchina è immediato in
qualsiasi punto del ciclo commutando su
OFF l'interruttore generale.
Vale la stessa cosa in caso di interruzione
dell'alimentazione di rete.
8.3.2 ARRESTO DI EMERGENZA
Pulsante a fungo per l'arresto di emergenza
a ritenuta.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKING CYCLE
After having closed manually the flaps of the
case, the operator pushes it under the top
infeed end in order to avoid the opening of
the top flaps.
Further pushing causes the side belts to drive
the box through the taping units, which
automatically seal the top and bottom
seams.
Afterwards the case is expelled on the exit
conveyor.
OPERATING MODES
The case sealer Mod. SM26-P has only one
(automatic) working mode, with:
- The EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON unlocked
- The start button pushed ON
HOW TO STOP THE MACHINE
NORMAL STOP PROCEDURE
When the main switch is turned OFF, the machine
stops immediately at any point of the working
cycle.
The same thing happens in case of electric black-
out or when the machine is disconnected from
the mains.
EMERGENCY STOP
The lockable button for emergency stop is
located on the infeed side of the top head.
