(5) Stopping tractor

Mechanical type
1. Depress the clutch pedal and brake pedals.
Pull the throttle lever to "Low" speed position.
Place all the transmission gear levers in
neutral position and put PTO switch in "OFF"
position.
2. Lower the implements to the ground and
turn key switch to "OFF" position.
3. Apply the parking brake and release the
brake pedals and clutch pedal slowly.
HST Type
1. Release the HST pedal slowly and pull the
throttle lever to "Low" speed position. Place
all the transmission gear levers in neutral
position and put PTO switch in "OFF"
position.
2. Lower the implements to the ground and
turn key switch to "OFF" position..
3. Apply the parking brake and release the
brake pedals slowly.
▶ DO NOT leave the tractor with the transmission gear placed in neutral position and
the parking brake not applied. The tractor may roll down.
Caution
Apply the parking brake at all times before leaving the tractor.
▶ Remove the ignition key always after stopping engine.
