Proper backhoe setup, hydraulic connections, remote setting and how to secure remote setting handles for operation
1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
May 14, 2025
To properly set up the LS R4041 backhoe:
1. Hydraulic Connections: - Use the remote control lever to operate the hydraulic system. - Pull the remote control lever backward to apply hydraulic pressure to the left coupler; the right coupler connects to the drain. - Push the lever forward to operate the right coupler. - When connecting hydraulic hoses, follow the proper instructions for the joystick lever (if fitted).
2. Securing Remote Setting Handles: - When changing attachments or performing maintenance like blade changes or grass removal, stop the engine. - Slightly turn the down speed control knob to the right to lock it (the valve knob may turn two revolutions).
These steps ensure proper hydraulic function and secure control settings for safe operation.

Questions and answers
Proper backhoe setup, hydraulic connections, remote setting and how to secure remote setting handles for operation
To properly set up the LS R4041 backhoe:
1. Hydraulic Connections:
- Use the remote control lever to operate the hydraulic system.
- Pull the remote control lever backward to apply hydraulic pressure to the left coupler; the right coupler connects to the drain.
- Push the lever forward to operate the right coupler.
- When connecting hydraulic hoses, follow the proper instructions for the joystick lever (if fitted).
2. Securing Remote Setting Handles:
- When changing attachments or performing maintenance like blade changes or grass removal, stop the engine.
- Slightly turn the down speed control knob to the right to lock it (the valve knob may turn two revolutions).
These steps ensure proper hydraulic function and secure control settings for safe operation.
