Before Use

Remove all packaging from the unit and the accessories. Do not
leave packaging materials lying around; plastic bags may become a
deadly toy for small children.
Clean all parts as described in the chapter "Cleaning".
Assembling the Kitchen Machine
(Using the Mixing Bowl)
Attention! If the cover for the mixer
(27) is not in place on the drive, the
kitchen machine cannot be operat-
ed!
1. Press the releasing lever (9)
downwards. The lifting arm (10)
will rise up.
2. Attach the splash shield (32) on
the mixing accessory you intend
to use, such as the flat beater
(29), the dough hook (30) or the
whisk (31). Mount the mixing
accessory onto the agitator (5).
Hint: All mixing accessories are equipped with bayonet lock.
3. Insert the intended mixing accessory into the agitator and make
sure the guiding pin on the machine matches the guiding notch
on the mixing accessory. Push the mixing accessory up to the
end upwards.
4. Turn the mixing accessory counter clockwise in order to fix it in
place. Make sure the mixing accessory is properly mounted.
5. Place the mixing bowl (6) onto the base (7). For engaging the
mixing bowl turn it clockwise until the protruding parts on the
bowl fit into the provided notches on the base. See
also the locking symbol.
