Starting an application in "Memory Stick" media

You can start the applications in "Memory Stick" media in the same way as the
applications of your CLIÉ handheld. While the power of your CLIÉ handheld is on, the
applications in the "Memory Stick" media will be displayed on the Application Launcher
screen automatically if you insert the "Memory Stick" media into the slot. (The feature
does not work when certain application is running.)
To switch from the Application Launcher screen to the screen where the applications in
"Memory Stick" media are displayed, perform the following steps.
Tip
You cannot start applications other than that saved on the /PALM/Launcher folder by
performing the following steps.

Display the Application Launcher screen, while the "Memory
Stick" media is inserted in the CLIÉ handheld.

Press the BACK button to select the group.

Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator to select
The applications in "Memory Stick" media are displayed.
You can start an application in the same way that you start an application
of your CLIÉ handheld.
If you have assigned a name to the "Memory Stick" media, then the
Card is displayed in that name.

You can also tap the

Depending on the applications, some of the features may not work. In such a case, use
the CLIE Files application to copy the data in the CLIÉ handheld and use the copied data.
