TROUBLESHOOTING MANUAL ADJUSTMENT
Problem
Desk is stuck in the topmost
position
Desk cannot be moved
upwards
Desk moves up by itself and
can no longer be adjusted
downwards
Desk moves upwards by itself,
height adjustment does not lock
The table sags about 1-2 cm
after the height adjustment�
Play in the mechanics
Desk does not travel over full
movement range
Desk hangs on one side
Control panel does not release,

Remedy

Unscrew the red head locking screw
Inner profile/guide canted;
Briefly lift the desk top before pressing it
down
Loosen the red marked safty screw on the
underside of the cross rail
Operate weight compensation clockwise
(refer to page 9)
Operate weight compensation counter-
clockwise
(refer to page 9)
Screw in the Bowden cable slightly on the
housing of the control panel, loosen the
lock nut to do this
Check the assembly of the cable chain,
if necessary, replace cable chain with
original accessories
Cables of the electrical devices are too
short; replace them with longer ones
Distribute desk weight evenly
Check pinion and gear rack for optical de-
fects� Contact customer service� Have the
order confirmation and deck type ready for
this purpose (see type label)
Slightly unscrew the Bowden cable on
the housing of the control panel (refer to
page 32)
Attention check weight compensation, if
necessary carry it out
Replace Bowden cable; Contact customer
service. Have the order confirmation and
deck type ready for this purpose (see type
label)
Bring desk frame into balance with the
help of the adjustable feet
Separate the frame parts again, orient the
shaft towards each other and according to
instructions (see page 23)
Check the course of the cables, if neces-
sary lay the cables neatly in the cable tray
Check the installation of the plug panel, if
necessary exchange the connector strip
and replace it with original accessories
Slide the bracket onto the notch and press
it against the table top as far as it will go
Check the routing of the cables, if neces-
sary lay cables with sufficient play and
free-wheeling
