NOTE: The temperature for Dehydrate ranges from 95°F (35°C) to 200°F (90°C), and the time
ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
PROBE COOK MODE
As an alternative to cooking by time, Probe Cook Mode allows you to cook meats, chicken, and
fish to their ideal internal temperatures with the included probe. The preset buttons represent
the recommended target temperatures for these proteins. NOTE: Only Air Fry and Bake are
available in Probe Cook Mode.
