    ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION This appliance is intended to be connected to a 3 x 16 Amps electrical supply and must be earthed. PLUMBING INSTALLATION The Australian installation shall be in accordance with The Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA). This appliance should be connected to a hot water supply (Max 65°C ) for in accordance with Australian Standard AS/NZS 3500.1.

    Use of detergent The machine has a standard detergent dispenser. The machine automatically sucks the detergent. The detergent shall be the NO FOAM type, suitable for industrial dishwashers. The use of good quality liquid detergents is recommended. The correct amount will be suggested by the product manufacturer according to the water hardness. A correct amount of detergent is very important for a successful wash.
  • Page 9 WARNINGS • Accompany the hood in opening and closing. • Do not put material or objects on the machine. • The machine has an IP (see serial number label on the machine) protection rating against accidental water splashes and is not protected against pressurized water jets. Pressure-cleaning systems shall, therefore, not be used on this machine.

    MAINTENANCE Regular Maintenance WARNING: The machine is not protected against pressure water jets cleaners, therefore do not use such cleaning systems on the cabinet. Contact your cleaning products retailer for detailed instructions on the methods and products to use for periodic sanitizing of your appliance.

    SIGNALS AND ALARMS Signals The signals messages are displayed, based upon their meaning. They do not block the machine. The signals remain visible until the operator executes the necessary actions. Signals with machine in stand-by mode: When PRESS WATER SOFTENER REGENERATION KEY appears on the display it means that a total regeneration is needed (only on machines equipped with the optional Water Softner).
