Cleaning

1. At the end of a working day, clean the appliance thoroughly.
2. Remove the cooled down grease collection tray and the grill grate from the
appliance.
3. Remove the grill grate from the grease collection tray.
4. Empty the grease collection tray.
5. Wash the grill grate and grease collection tray with warm water and a dash of a
mild cleaning agent. Use a soft cloth, sponge or dish-washing brush.
6. Thoroughly rinse the cleaned elements in fresh water.
7. Clean the appliance housing with a commercially available surface cleaning and
de-greasing agent.
NOTE!
Observe instructions of such a cleaning agent's manufacturer.
8. Dry the cleaned surfaces thoroughly with a clean cloth.
9. Finally, dry all cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.
10. Wipe the power cord with a slightly damp cloth only.
11. Regularly check the appliance ventilation slots, and if soiled, clean them with a
dry dish-washing plastic brush.
12. Re-insert the grease collection tray with grill grate in the appliance.
