    Connection and Installation Device Connection Connect VB350 to PC/laptop with the provided USB 3.0* cable and connect the power cord of VB350 to power wall outlet. [Note] For cable management, you can have each cable go through the cable management slots on the rear-side of VB350.
  • Page 17 7 and MAC OS, a driver to support USB Display function is required for the TV/Monitor connection with VB350. Please use PTZApp 2 to install the driver. On the PTZApp 2, go to the System setup page. In the Install Driver of USB Display field, click the Start button and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

    [Note] Cable is included with optional expansion speakerphone. There are two lengths of cables - 10m and 20m. 1. The port won’t be used while using with VB350. It doesn’t support daisy chain connection. 2. Micro USB port: while upgrading speakerphone FW, please find a micro USB cable and connect to PC.

    Wall Mount Installation Attach the Drilling Paper to the wall and mark the two screw holes on the wall. Screw the support screws to the wall. Leave some space between the wall and screws for hanging the camera on the wall later.

  • Page 25 Secure the fixture on the rear side panel of the camera. Don’t screw tight at this stage. You can select among the four screw holes for screwing the fixtures. Place the metal washers on the mount holes of TV. [Note] If users do not need to install the mount rack of TV, just skip step 3 to 5 and go to step 6.
  • Page 26 Place mount rack of TV on top of fixture. Secure the mount rack and fixture on the TV. Please do not screw tight at this stage. Then, adjust the mount rack and fixture to an appropriate position if needed. Finally, tightly screw all screws.

    PTZ Control You can use the PTZ Control page to configure up to 10 preset positions. In live screen, use ▲ , ▼ , ,  and zoom in/out buttons to adjust the camera screen view to desired position. Click Set and then click on a preset number (0~9), if you want to save this position to the selected preset number, click Yes.

    Turn on gesture control function first. When any of the following gestures are showing in front of the camera, it will activate gesture control function. Keep showing the gesture for 2~3 seconds to trigger the camera to act. The following are the corresponding function names and gesture figures.

    Microphone only picks up the sound within viewing angle. Choose a suitable camera viewing area to silence the sound beyond the meeting area.     Image Mirror To mirror the camera image. Select Setting > Image > Image Mirror > Off (default) or On. In back light environment, enable WDR to improve the brightness of image.     Frequency Select the frequency of the camera. Select Setting > Image > Frequency > 50 HZ or 60 HZ (default).     Video Format Settings IP Stream Resolution Set up the resolution for IP stream. Not supported for USB video stream. Select Video Format > IP Stream Resolution (IP Stream Resolution only, not for adjusting USB video stream) > 4K, 1080P, 720P, 480P or 360P. [Note] RTSP, RTMP will not be available while USB streaming is in use.

    Bit Rate Set up the bit rate value. Select Video Format > Bit Rate > Auto, 512 Kbps, 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 4 Mbps (default), 8Mbps, 16Mbps or 32 Mbps. For Facebook live broadcasting, it’s suggested to choose less than 4Mbps to ensure smooth streaming. RTSP To use RTSP player connecting to the camera, please enter the RTSP URL which displays on the Web in your application such as VLC, PotPlayer, or Quick Time.

    Use PTZApp 2 with USB Devices 1. Run your video application and make a video call. 2. During your video call, you can use the PTZApp 2 to pan, tilt and zoom the camera in/out and enable/disable the true WDR, brightness, and sharpness feature. 3.
