- Usage:
Before using the device for the first time, make sure that the mixing chamber and mixing
apparatus are clean.
To attach the desired apparatus, raise the mixer head by turning the handle on the side of
the mixer. Then attach the mixer you have chosen to the shaft and close the mixer head
by turning the same handle.
Put the materials you want to mix into the chamber and close the protection cover. Turn
on the device by pressing the 0-I button on the back. Then start the mixing process at the
desired speed level.
The mixing chamber capacity is 7 liters. Dough can be made by placing a maximum of 1
kg of flour in the hopper.
