Place the mixing bowl (12) on the locking base (4) and turn it clockwise to lock it on

To install the selected mixing accessory [beater (13), whisk (14) or dough hook
(15)], align the two notches on the accessory with the pins on the mixer shaft (5),
push the accessory in and turn it clockwise until it locks into place (FIG. A4, A5).

To tilt down the head of the appliance, push the Tilt lever (2) towards the arrow to
unlock the head and lower the head until it clicks into place (FIG. A6).

Connect the appliance to a suitable electrical outlet. The indicator light on the Speed
knob will illuminate to indicate the appliance is on.
9.
Turn the Speed knob (3) clockwise to start mixing, select the required speed "1" –
"6" (> MIXING ACCESSORY, SPEEDS AND TIMES).
IMPORTANT: Do not use the mixer for more than 3 minutes continuously as the
motor may overheat. Let the appliance rest for a few minutes before mixing again.
Do not exceed 15 minutes of use.
10. Once finished using the appliance, return the Speed knob to "0" (Standby) and
unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet to turn it off. The indicator light on the
Speed knob will turn off.
11. Hold the top front of the appliance with one hand and push the Tilt lever (2) towards
the arrow to tilt up the head of the appliance.
12. Turn the mixing bowl (12) anti-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the locking
base.
13. Turn the mixing accessory anti-clockwise to remove it from the appliance.
14. Clean the appliance and accessories (> CLEANING AND CARE).
