Problem

8. GUARANTEES

Guarantees and limitations of liability
Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, or from
the date of delivery to the customer's home. Depending on the country, this guarantee
consists of 24 to 36 months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.
For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance guarantee, a 12-month
commercial guarantee is applied at the end of the first guarantee, and supplements it.

Possible cause
■ The ambient
temperature is too low,
causing the lubricant in
the machine to harden.
■ The ingredients are
too hard or too much,
resulting in overload
on the machine, or
the amount of liquid is
insufficient.
■ The household voltage
has suddenly dropped.
■ The surface is unstable
or not level.
■ Check if a foot pad fell
off.
■ The splash guard is
after not properly attached.
■ The mixing bowl is not
properly locked in the
base.
■ Black powder has
fallen from the mixing
head onto the dough.

Possible solution
■ Remove all
attachments (mixing
bowl, blender jar, etc.),
and let the machine
remain in Standby
Mode (Speed knob set
to "0") for 5 minutes
to soften the lubricant
and restore the speed
stability.
■ Reduce the mixing
volume, avoid adding
foods with hard
textures, or increase
the amount of liquid.
■ Use the machine when
the household voltage
is stable.
■ Place the appliance on
a flat, solid and level
tabletop.
■ Reattach the foot pad.
■ Rotate the splash
guard and make sure
it is pushed all the way
in.
■ Reattach the mixing
bowl and turn it
clockwise to lock.
■ Before use, ensure the
mixing head and hook
are dry, and there is no
dust or moisture.
■ Clean and dry the
appliance well before
storing.
