Prior Input method: Set default input method.

Standby menu display:
- Wall paper: Select the wall paper for standby
interface after the keypad is locked.
- Screen saver: Select a screen saver image for standby
interface of phone screen and set the waiting time.
- On Animation: Select On Animation picture.
- Off Animation: Select Off Animation picture.
Greetings: Display the greetings during On Animation.
Greetings will not appear if setting it OFF.
