FAULT
Charging LED indicator off during
daytime when sunshine falls on PV
modules properly
Controller is correctly wired, but not
working
Charging Indicator LED is flashing

Battery Level shows full, battery
frame and fault Icon are blinking
Charging indicator LED is solid Red
Battery Level shows empty, battery
frame and fault Icon are blinking
Charging indicator LED is flashing

TROUBLESHOOTING
REASON
Confirm PV wire
PV Array is
connections are correct
disconnected
and tight
Check battery voltage, if
Battery voltage
below 8V, charge battery
<8V
before connecting to unit.
Disconnect the solar panels
Battery Over and check if battery voltage
Voltage is higher than Over Voltage
Disconnect setting
When the battery voltage
is restored to or above LVR
Battery Over
(low voltage reconnect
Discharged
voltage), the load will
recover
The controller will
automatically turn the
Battery Over system off. When the
Heating temperature declines to be
below 55°C, the controller
will resume.
